I have never been so impressed with the manner in which you and your drivers handled each and every one of the trips for each Director and the multiple changes that took place each day (for which I apologize!) My boss LOVED your service and her chauffeur in particular. She thought he was a sweetheart and the thing that she initially liked about him is that he didn’t really try to start up conversation unless she asked him something. You know how some drivers like to talk and talk and don’t pick up on cues that the passenger wants some quiet time? Well, apparently he was perfect! Thanks for your help, --CC
